We will allow your organizations to sell its items on the Auction/Classified site for FREE - NO FEES at all.
Register your Non or Not for Profit organization (it’s FREE!). You will need to provide YOUR KEY TO COLLECTIBLES© the following information:
* a working email address - NO Hotmail account - if you need a site email address - we can help you.
* Electronic copy of your logo (jpg or gif format)
* Letter of your mission statement (tell us about yourself)
* a copy of your 501(c)(3) letter or other proof of tax-deductibility
* A copy of a Voided Bank/Credit Union check or other instrument
(to show
YOUR KEY TO COLLECTIBLES© that your organization have established an account at a
banking institution.)
* Name - address - telephone number/s of person and or persons who will have control of listing items.
YOUR KEY TO COLLECTIBLES© will send you a confirmation email when we have completed the certification process. (This may take up to two business day and includes verification that your organization is in good standing with the IRS and meets our community standards by not promoting violence, hate, or illegal activities.)
YOUR KEY TO COLLECTIBLES© will set up your account and send you an email with the information your organization needs to list items.
You may use the four (4) FREE images - Plus any of the other fee features
FREE
you may list items for up 30 days plus the auto relist feature for as long as you need to list that item/s.
All FREE of any fees!
The account will be open as long as YOUR KEY TO COLLECTIBLES© has:
1) a valid 501(c)(3) letter or other proof of tax-deductibility
2) working email address
3) copy of a Voided Bank/Credit Union check or other instrument
Showing that your organization have established an account at a banking institution
4) current name/s - address/s - telephone numbers of person/s who have control of the listing items.
YOUR KEY TO COLLECTIBLES© will charge your organization NO FEES - All the monies you receive for selling an item is YOURS
There is only the requirement that if your organization has a web site or do a Newsletter or such type letter,
that you
1) place the
YOUR KEY TO COLLECTIBLES© logo
with a link back to
YOUR KEY TO COLLECTIBLES© site - on that site,
with the notice that we support your organization
(we will supply you with the image, etc, once we see your organizaton's site to ajust our images to
meet that site's needs)
2) tell others about us also - and send us the Newsletter or such type letter - so we know that you telling others about us.
