The code is the record/reel size then class then the number:
33GName1 is a record in the 33 Group section, Name of the group, 33FName1 is a record in the 33 Female Artist section, then her name, and so on.

OUR CODE number is our order/tracking number and may look like this:
7RSAllen1 or 33FKStarr1

The 7R is a 7" Reel with the artist name
33F is a 33 1/3 record in the Female Artist Section by K(ay)Starr1 - the first album we have of her

Some items are in several fields based on that item:
so 7RSAllen1 may be in the jazz section and also in the holiday section.
While our code number may not be seen other than in the URL and on each item - We hope get the idea how we list them.
